We use this website to present RoboLove.com and receive purchase or partnership inquiries. This notice explains the information we handle when you visit or contact us. It applies to this website and our handling of inquiries submitted here.

Information you provide

When you use the inquiry form, we receive the details you enter, including your name, email address, company if provided, intended use, inquiry type, and message. A purchase inquiry may include an offer and a preferred transaction service. A partnership inquiry may describe the proposed arrangement. Please include only information needed for the conversation and avoid sending sensitive personal information.

We use these details to review the inquiry, communicate with you, assess a possible transaction or partnership, and maintain relevant correspondence. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising audiences.

Website operation and delivery

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. This can include request metadata such as an IP address, browser details, request time, and technical status information. We use temporary request counts to help limit automated abuse and protect the inquiry service.

Inquiry messages are routed through Cloudflare services to our private email inbox. Our email and hosting providers may process the information in locations where they operate. We may also share relevant details with professional advisers or transaction providers when needed to handle an inquiry, complete an agreed transaction, protect our rights, or meet applicable obligations.

Browser storage and your choice

The website uses local browser storage to remember your selection on the cookie notice. That preference is necessary to keep the notice from repeatedly asking for the same choice. Both Accept and No thanks record the selected preference. We do not currently load optional analytics or advertising trackers, and choosing Accept does not enable them.

You can clear this preference through your browser's site-data controls. Clearing it may cause the notice to appear again. External websites you choose to visit have their own storage and privacy practices.

Retention and protection

We retain inquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to continue the conversation, administer a transaction, resolve a dispute, or satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical service records may follow our providers' retention practices. We limit access to information to the people and providers who need it for these purposes and use reasonable safeguards. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Requests and updates

You may contact us through the inquiry form to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the email address used for your earlier inquiry so we can locate the correspondence. We may need to verify your request and retain information where an applicable obligation or legitimate need requires it.

This website is directed to adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, please tell us so we can review it. We may revise this notice as our practices change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
